OfficeHQ uses the latest telecommunications technology to enable our receptionists to access all your details when a call rings on your Personal Number. Our receptionist screens provide the following information which you can update at anytime from our Web Portal:

  • Personal Number and company name.
  • Personal Greeting. We can answer your call in your company name or however you like. Each personal number can have its own greeting.
  • All your employee or department contacts. Each of these are allocated to a personal number - you can have a national phone directory just like a big corporate.
  • Priority diversion numbers for each personal number. These are the numbers our receptionists call you on.
  • Call Status - we know if you are still on another call so that you will not be disturbed.
  • Do Not Disturb - if you are busy just set your DND flag and we will send you messages.
  • Message Preference - choose from Voicemail, Email, SMS and Fax.
  • Calendar - you can let our receptionists access your diary so that they can book your meetings.
