myReceptionist Answering Service
The
receptionist answering service from OfficeHQ adds live operator capabilities to your OfficeHQ Personal Number. This is no ordinary messaging service - all your calls are answered by our friendly receptionists
with your custom greeting and transferred to you wherever you are.
You may be at home, on your mobile, at a hotel, or at a client site. You can update your contact numbers
at any time in Message Centre - our online unified messaging system.
Once your caller has been greeted, the receptionist will call you
on your pre-selected divert numbers and, if you elect to take the
call, your caller will be instantly patched through to you.
Alternatively a text message will be sent to you by SMS and/or
e-mail, detailing the message left by the caller, and their contact
information - allowing you to return the call at a more convenient
time.
The following options are also available to you.
- We can send the call to your personal Voicemail system.
- You can wait on the line while we talk to your caller and come back to you and give you the message immediately.
- We can even manage your diary and enter appointments into your Message Centre calendar.
Every myReceptionist customer receives full access to our
Message Centre. You can update your answering service options at any
time - including instructions for our receptionists, divert numbers,
and your availability. You will also have access to unified messaging including Email, Voicemail to e-mail, Fax to e-mail, SMS. It is a complete communications system
that you can access from any internet connection, anywhere in the world.
