Behind the update: why we built this
OfficeHQ’s customer portal was redesigned in late 2025 to give businesses clear visibility across calls, usage and billing from a single dashboard: updating availability, adding team members, adjusting greetings or checking call history, all from one place. In 2026 we’ve taken that a step further with the relaunch of our mobile app, so you can manage all of the same things without needing to be at your desk.
