Yes.  Our receptionists are available 24/7 and you can opt-in to receive after hours live call answering on any OfficeHQ subscription.  Without after hours call answering turned on, our receptionists will answer your calls between 8:00am and 6:00pm on weekdays.  If you need after hours call answering, please let us know when you sign up or contact us.

Yes. Many small business owners use us as overflow cover – forwarding their calls only when they’re unavailable or busy on another call. Others use our services temporarily when they are going away on holiday or to cover a staff member’s absence. Our services are designed to flex around how you work and your changing needs.

No. Our plans are month-to-month, with no minimum term and no cancellation fees. No penalties, no lock-in.

There’s no lock-in contract and no cancellation fees. If you need to pause the service – during a quiet period, for example – we offer an account hold option to make it easy for you to start having us answer your calls again whenever you need it. To cancel, we just ask for at least three days’ notice before your monthly renewal date. No hoops to jump through.
