Can you answer calls outside of Brisbane business hours?
Yes. Our receptionists are available 24/7, so we can answer your calls outside standard business hours – including evenings, weekends and Australian national public holidays. You choose when you want us to answer.
Standard call answering covers 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday in your local time zone. If you want us to answer your calls outside of those hours, simply let us know you’d like to activate after-hours live answering.
If you’re located in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Cairns, Townsville or elsewhere in Queensland, but receive calls from interstate, 8am to 6pm translates as follows (depending on the time of year):
April to September (when the southern states are on standard time):
- Same time for NSW, Victoria, Tasmania and the ACT (also AEST)
- 7.30am to 5.30pm ACST (SA, NT)
- 6am to 4pm AWST (WA)
October to March (when the southern states are on daylight saving time):
- 9am to 7pm AEDT (NSW, VIC, TAS, ACT)
- 8.30am to 6.30pm ACDT (SA)
- 7.30am to 5.30pm ACST (NT)
- 6am to 4pm AWST (WA)
